In creating the corporate film for Real Leszno, a construction company from Leszno, Poland, we focused on highlighting the solid and enduring foundations that define the firm.
We emphasized values such as professionalism, precision, and objectivity, which are pillars of the construction industry and central to Real Leszno's operations.
Additionally, we aimed to showcase the familial, supportive atmosphere within the company.
During interviews with employees, we posed open-ended questions, concentrating on their emotions and memorable experiences related to their work.
